  • Tell us about your event, including the date, location, and type of performance you're envisioning.

  • We'll review your request, confirm availability, and discuss performance options, pricing, and any special considerations for your event.

  • A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your performance date and will be applied toward the total cost of your event. Once your booking details and availability have been confirmed, you can conveniently pay your deposit through our secure online payment system.

    We understand that plans can change! Should you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new performance date, subject to RYA's availability. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable, and your booking is not officially secured until your deposit has been received.

  • Your date is officially reserved once your booking agreement is completed and your $100 deposit has been received. From there, we'll coordinate the remaining details and look forward to making music together!
