A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to officially reserve your performance with RYA. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your event, with the remaining balance due according to your booking agreement.

Rescheduling Your Event
We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule your event, please contact RYA as soon as possible. Your deposit may be transferred to a new performance date, subject to availability and approval. Rescheduled dates are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
All booking deposits are nonrefundable. If you choose to cancel your event, your $100 deposit will be forfeited. Any additional cancellation terms or outstanding balances will be handled according to your booking agreement.
Confirmation of Booking
Your performance date is officially reserved once your booking details have been confirmed, your agreement has been accepted, and your deposit has been received.
